Returns Policy

Sales Terms and Returns Policy

Used commercial vehicles, sold as seen. All vehicles are inspected, photographed and detailed before listing. Buyers are encouraged to view in person at Scunthorpe before purchase, or to request a WhatsApp video inspection. Specifications, mileage and condition are described to the best of the seller’s knowledge.

Pre-sale inspection. Free in-person viewings by appointment at Brigg Road, Scunthorpe. Free WhatsApp video walkarounds with Andy on +44 (0)7966 986032 or Paul on +44 (0)7712 674458. Independent inspections by the buyer’s representative welcomed.

All sales are final. Once a deposit is paid or the vehicle is invoiced, the sale is binding. Vehicles are sold on an ‘as seen, as described’ basis with no warranty expressed or implied beyond any manufacturer warranty that may remain. The buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition.
